Flute player and arranger, active in the 1830s-40s. His compositions include a flute concerto Op.38, published in 1835.
From Fétis: Born in Lille, studied with Berbiguier in Paris (1823-) Settled in Strasbourg 1828. Died "shortly after 1835". Fétis notes that he wrote a large number of short flute pieces: "Sa fécondité était une véritable fabrication de papier noté." (He was a human sheet music factory.)
