Miscellaneous information
- The well known poem "Do not stand at my grave and weep" has been disputed towards the status of its copyright for many decades. According to thehypertexts.com, the poem was dedicated to the public domain and was never properly published back in the early 1930s. However, recent sources have now claimed that Clare Harner (1909-1977) was actually the person who wrote the poem according to Wikipedia first published in 1934 as Immortality. Because the poem has been avaliable online for free to the public for a long time now, IMSLP will not dispute the copyright status on this poem and assume its dedicated to the public domain.
