The title page comment "composed and arranged for the piano" makes the original instrumentation unclear, and unfortunately, WorldCat does not list this work. For now, this is tagged as for piano. The 19th century of "arranged" was different from that of the 20th century - "composed and arranged" was often synonymous with "composed" (for us) (composed in the mind, arranged instrumentally speaking for the piano, perhaps...) - and so piano may well have been the original version (though one may find out otherwise and perhaps to be sure "und" should be used as the tag while more about the composer is researched.)
