Source for revision dates - needs further sourcing. [Edit: Grove Music confirms these dates, i.e. 1905 and 1907).
Fleisher gives "25 minutes" but the average length of recordings has been 17. (Date of premiere at Fleisher given it seems both in Julian and Gregorian- in 1907 in Prague? Prague was part of Austria at the time which changed to the Gregorian calendar in 1583. Erm.)
