Extra Information Hindemith arranged six pieces for for easy piano in 1930 or 1931 (See Piano Suite above). According to Else Thalheimer-Lewertoff, Hindemith subsequently composed an interlude for the two composed an interlude for a two-act performance of the work (with new text by S.B.
