Ghys' version of the "Air Louis XIII" (now attributed to Beaujoyeulx) also appeared in 1875 in a violin/piano arrangement published by "Bertin et Ce", Paris - Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 2e série, 64e année, Nº 47, 20 Novembre 1875, p.681, r.3678. - though also rather earlier (I think). The dating of this collection to 1875 depends on the appearance of the advertisement and is tentative.
Re A.B. Neldy: possibly Adolphe Bouleau-Neldy, Organist of the church of "Notre-Dame de Nantilly à Saumur, Maine-et-Loire" (see BNF and VIAF. Brief biography in Fétis here.)
