There seem to be two different versions of Op.50: 20 melodic etudes, republished a few times , starting 1870; and "Op.50 & 51" consisting of 24 total (not clear how many are in Op.50 and how many in Op.51) published by Peters in 1881 as "Vorbereitungsschule zur modernen Klaviermusik. 24 melodische Etuden f. Anfänger. 2 Hefte."
