AMG describes RT V/16 as 2 melodies for voice and piano or orchestra. Indeed, according to Delius and His Music (p.495) "Mélodies" was Delius' title. (Delius was not a French composer so our tag remains unchanged.)
According to Delius@Oxford, the two songs were published as Three Songs by Tischer in 1910 but "Il pleure" had been published separately earlier. (They were not published together before 1910 however.)
