Not sure, but "O Giovinezza", though Fucini died in the early 1920s, may be the same as the Fascist anthem of the same name now or for awhile during the postWW2 period I gather banned in Italy?
Surely NO. The Fascist anthem was "Giovinezza"; its lyrics (changed many times by different lyricists) and music (by Giuseppe Blanc) were quite different.
