Psiché starts on p.21 of this set, and also on p.21 of this set -- Cantates françoises, Livre 2 (Bourgeois, Thomas-Louis). Given that that set is missing pp.1-20, Zéphire et Flore must be the missing 1st cantata of that set. However, this set jumps from p.34 to 57, and the next cantata, L'Amour et Psiché, is labelled "Cantate IIIIe". So this set is missing the third cantata, which is in the other set (click on the above link). The missing cantata is called Phédre et Hippolyte.
