According to Martyn, Rachmaninoff arranged in 1908 for the works' publication (apparently even before the imprint was wholly a reality...), but they did not come out until 1910. This began an association between Medtner and this publisher that lasted until Medtner's departure in 1921. They were completed in 1907 (Medtner.org.uk has 1908, but according to Martyn the only work Medtner completed in that year was the Novellen Op.17.)
