According to A.S. Rozanov, 3rd ed., p. 215, the English versions of these waltzes were published also in Britain (at Chester?), and the subject of the second one (Autumn) was not related to that of Tes Yeux. Lydia Torrigi-Heiroth maintained that Pauline Viardot made vocal arrangements of six Schubert waltzes in all. Some manuscript sketches of the three known ones exist in a private collection.
