no.1 is of course from Symphony No.63 in C major, Hob.I:63; no.1's menuet is at least partially from Symphony No.85 in B-flat major, Hob.I:85 (menuet);

"Unidentified"? Not sure yet what no.2 is from, but no.1 was not hard to find ... and no.3 is a very familiar melody from a symphony as well. The rondo of no.4 seems to be from the finale of string quartet op.54 no.1 in G (one of the catchier finales from Haydn's middle string quartets.)
