It's noted in the article for the Sonata in C that the set was published in 1813. The 2 by Mozart that are sometimes claimed, on the basis of an anecdote by two of Michael Haydn's pupils that has now, in the manner of such things, become accepted, proven and obvious fact, to have been composed to accompany this set, were in fact published earlier, in 1792 by a different publisher (Artaria, not Sieber); whether they were all written on the demand of the Archbishop Colloredo can no longer be established. - Schissel (Note: it seems Artaria first published the parts of these duos as well, later in those roaring 1790s.)
