Molbeck seems more likely than Molbech though score says Molbech, though the score says the latter. If the poem can be located in the published works of someone, that would help. Wikipedia gives Molbeck, and The Lied, Art Song, and Choral Texts Archive agrees (giving Molbech for spelling but Molbeck's dates, not the 19th century Molbech.)
