History

This Parisian firm surfaced briefly in the frenetic series of deals in the 20 years before the First World War. It acquired E. Baudoux' catalog in 1904. In its three year existence (1903-6, according to BNF) it published many major composers of the day: Ravel, Duparc, Wailly, Guiraud, Satie, and Chausson, in addition to Baroque operas. Its Satie works were acquired by Rouart, Lerolle & Cie.
