Though technically an arrangement, because it is not by Bond-Andrews, it appears in WorldCat that the only print run of this was in 1897, and the banjo part was an official part of the 1897 print, because the place numbers are the same. Bond-Andrews was still alive, so it appears to have been done with his blessing. It appears to be in addition to the piano, not replacing it, because there are some passages that will be missing if the piano does not play.
