Nationality and date of birth not exactly known; Probably a Peninsulares or Insulares. Lived in the Philippines some time in the 2nd half of the 19th century. He was an organist at the Manila Cathedral in the 1860s, taught piano at the Ateneo Municipal during the 1870s and solfeggio at Colegio de Niños Tiples in 1880s.
