Because works listed in HMB as Kummer (G.H.) or even perhaps (G.), sometimes confused with Kaspar Kummer, causing attribution troubles (Kaspar Kummer's name however was Johann Kaspar/Caspar Kummer, however, so when both initials were used (Kummer (G.H)) on a title page of a published work, it is if not clearly this composer, at least clearly not Kaspar.
