One of "his" best-known works is not actually by him and should not be added here. To quote the German Wikipedia, translated rapidly- "A frequently - falsely under his name - appearing in concert programs "Brilliant Fantaisie on themes from Bizet's Carmen for flute and piano" is really by François Borne."
