Younger brother and pupil of Karol Józef Lipiński (1790–1861). NB: The father of Karol and Feliks Lipiński was also Feliks Lipiński (1765–1847)
"His brother Feliks (?1815–69), violinist and composer, was one of his pupils. Feliks played in Kraków, Warsaw, Lemberg and, in 1840, in Germany, Russia and France. His few compositions (which include an Allegro de concert dedicated to Liszt) are of little value." - Grove
Sowiński (1857) claims that the Allegro de concert was composed by the elder Feliks Lipiński. - [1]
