Cello Concerto No.2 in B minor, Op.47 was published in 1914 (published by Universal Edition). (The Fleisher Collection has material for Op.47 but not, it seems, for Op.45.)
Op.45 performed in by the Boston (US) Symphony Orchestra in March 1909, under Max Fiedler's baton.
One of Grädener's cello concertos was performed twice in October 1913 by the Wiener Konzertverein (Paul Grümmer, cello, Ferdinand Löwe, conducting)- given the date, perhaps it was the 2nd concerto, though, even though no number is specified in the archive.
