Judging from RISM online (which doesn't list this particular piece but still gives a notion of what a lot of sonatas by Martini were like, without of course showing all of them) - still, could be an arrangement of e.g. a trio sonata of his, or something... yes, both arrangers chose to arrange it as a cello sonata, though I'm guessing from an earlier source that did the same...
