WorldCat has 3 entries for this work -- the first is the Otto Langey tutor published by Boosey & Hawkes (1956) which will have only had the sax part (the piano part would have been published separately). Thus, it isn't possible to work out whether it was for E or B saxophone. The next entry is for a New York Carl Fischer (1913) edition, with the English title "Religious Song", edited by Gustav Saenger, and arranged by W.F. Ambrosio, which also came in versions for clarinet and cornet, both of which would be B instruments. This carries the opus number 25. Finally, there is a Costallat edition dated "[19--]?" which specifies E saxophone. However, this has the opus number 45, not 25. The Costallat edition is most likely the original one. A search of WorldCat for "op. 25" shows "Premier duo, op. 25, for flute and piano." So the op.25 for this work is likely a misprint by WorldCat or a mistake by Carl Fischer.
