the score says, arranged for harp and piano - this is not the original instrumentation (and original instrumentation is what goes in that field). Probably for piano or piano 4-hands etc. originally but removing until I find out...

May be Op.79 (Mazurka acc. to the Catalogue thematique; "„Masuero“, polnischer Tanz als Rondo für Pianoforte und Harfe (oder zwei Pianoforte) B-Dur op. 79 (London 1815); Erstdruck: London, Mitchell 1818" acc. to the Ries-gesellschaft) which, in the Catalogue thematique has the same opening few bars as this- though they're rather generic. Maybe this is a pirate edition, hence the renaming of Mazurka/Masuero als Rondo for 2 pianos or piano&harp to "Polish dance after the manner of a Rondo" (translating) - and etc. ... anyhow, best current guess is that this is indeed Op.79 :) -- Schissel
