Editing: re-sampled to 600dpi, converted to black and white tif files, de-skewed, and set uniform margins. Includes supra-linear text from the song. The version for piano solo also served as the piano-conductor score. The version for orchestra with piano-conductor score was registered for copyright protection in the U.S. in 1926 (no.2240) but not renewed in the mid 1950s.
In the USA this work is most likely in the public domain because it was published without a compliant copyright notice or no renewal was found after a thorough search of the Catalog of Copyright Entries and it was apparently ineligible for "restoration" under GATT/TRIPS.
