History
Antônio Di Franco was an italian immigrant who was the owner of a musical store in São Paulo in 1910's, founded in 1906 being the agent in Brazil for some European publishers (Schott, Gaizelli). He also printed music. In 1921, associated with Francesconi, he bought the catalogue from Estabelecimento Musical Santa Cecilia (former Castagnoli & França). With Di Franco's death, they closed activities but Di Franco's widow was helped by Campassi & Camin, who bought the catalogue and opened a music store named Casa A. Di Franco.
