Published score notes "orchestration available on rental" which doesn't really answer the question which is the arrangement: the piano or the orchestral accompaniment. Tagged for piano as the original for now, since this is what we have, and WorldCat shows neither version, so a date cannot be found. Tag to be changed if future information differs.
