“Eternal Dream”, poem by Danielle Rosaria, 2013
Deep in the forest, in the green of the trees; Where the sun shaft shines in a straight golden line, and no man has ever seen since the beginning of days; Where the gnats play in unashamed joy, and the air smells sweet like a prayer and a song; And the ground hugs the roots of the tall proud trees; Where small tree frogs jump and look upon their neighbors; Where dewdrops fall just like pearls from the sea, and the Earth is aware of its majesty; There grow I, the flower of eternity and dreams!
This is the title track from my album Eternal Dream. It is an art song about the beauty of nature and of the soul. Special thanks to Amanda Valdez for singing this song so beautifully. The violins were recorded by the composer and mastered by Ken Glaser.

About the album: Eternal Dream is more than a music album, it is an experience of collaboration, of the coming together of unique individuals with a common purpose, the purpose of creating something beautiful and by doing so, making the world more beautiful. Spanning the centuries, this music album contains the artistry of composers from Europe and America dating from the Baroque age to today, reaching into the future as new means of artistic expression are employed to communicate eternal realities such as love, life, nature, and the spiritual. The musicians, sound engineer, and graphic artist featured are colleges and friends of mine whose talent and artistry I deeply respect. They each bring something very special to the album.
My original purpose in creating this compilation was to find a forum with which to share my original compositions, but the project immediately became more than that because through the process I discovered that a single artist cannot make even one note on his or her own. My complete and sincere gratitude goes out to all of the musicians, sound engineers, teachers, colleges, family and friends who made this dream become a reality. The purpose of Eternal Dream is now to serve as a representation of what can be accomplished when people work together, maintaining their uniqueness and identity while coming from a place of communication, respect, and creativity. In today’s world with so much strife and discord, we need to make more opportunities like this so as to live in peace, understanding, and joy. Your support of this project helps make the world more beautiful!
