Op.90 – 7 Melodies (Ukrainian texts by Natalia Lik?) (manuscript)
The Snow Fairy (1914), opera (unperformed, manuscript lost) - the overture still exists, and is referred to as Op.50 (or Op.50a perhaps? Or maybe Op.50 above is the ballet suite from this opera??)
Is the manuscript lost? See WorldCat - this seems to be the same opera, under the title Le vierge des glaciers. 273 pp. manuscript @ BNF, 1914. Or was Akimenko working on 2 operas in the same year? It seems somewhat unlikely.
2 Pieces for Piano (St. Petersburg: L. Winkler, 1916)
Ange [Angel] - Poème Nocturne for Orchestra (after Mikhail Lermontov) (1924, published 1925)
3 pièces sur des thèmes ukrainiens, for Piano (may relate to the piano 4-hands work Op.71) (also published 1925; by Alphonse Leduc) (see e.g. BNF description (other libraries have one or more of these also.))
Tendre idylle
Près du berceau

Aria (seems to be a work for 2 solo trombones and orchestra) (1938, Nice)
(Autographs of No.1 of Op.93, of the overture for orchestra to "La Vierge des glaciers" (1940 copy? (probably composed in 1910s?) Op.50, etc.) - oh. Actually, that refers to The Snow Fairy, above.

Elegie nº 2, for Cello and Piano (1936 October, Vincennes)
