If this is the same as "Lucio Papirio Dittatore", it was performed in 2013 in a reconstructed edition by the performing group (Ensemble Serse), with complete recitatives (receiving a very positive review from the reviewer at Bachtrack who was not at all put off by the length or the lack of cuts, but found the (often cut in opera seria performance) recitatives actually more enjoyable than many of the arias.)

According to one reviewer, while premiered in 1742, written for the 1737 Carnaval season (!)...
