The vocal score was prepared by Maurice Ravel - another by Lévy-Lulx. The former was only published in 1990; the latter remains in manuscript (it was ready by 1905.)
Performances of this work use a performing score by Eric Fenby (d.1997) prepared in 1979 which is PD-nowhere at this time (and will be for some time.)
Wikipedia-sv says that the 1905 print has not survived.
