Misc. Notes	Maurice Ravel, when preparing the vocal score, suggested to arrange the prelude for piano 4 hands, but in the end he opted for the standard piano 2 hands. This score was published in 1905 by Crevel frères (and in later editions) - which edition was used by the arranger?

The vocal score was prepared by Maurice Ravel - another by Lévy-Lulx. The former was only published in 1990; the latter remains in manuscript (it was ready by 1905.)

Performances of this work use a performing score by Eric Fenby (d.1997) prepared in 1979 which is PD-nowhere at this time (and will be for some time.)

Wikipedia-sv says that the 1905 print has not survived.
