Misc. Notes

This file is part of the Sibley Mirroring Project. Possibly 1901. Does not seem to appear in HMB (not that HMB "sees" everything published by Alsbach), but also notice: Annuaire du Convervatoire Royal de Musique de Bruxelles (1901) (scroll down, toward the middle of the page...) suggesting publication/reprint by Alsbach in or before 1901 (possibly in? Needs further investigation if possible.)

- HMB lists 1853 but gives a different publisher than the score at Sibley (Theune instead of Alsbach) since G. Alsbach didn't exist until 1866...- Schissel
Verhulst went on to write a "Missa Vocibus Virilibus no.2" (op.52) and no.3 (op.55) according to Worldcat- for tenors ,basses, and organ. (I think the scoring of all three may be ttbb organ - 2ten 2bass org - with solo sections being "1.tenor" (and/or) "1.bass"; but I'm not positive.) As pointed out in the Amazon.com bit (and also HMB, at last for Op.20) he wrote other Masses as well e.g. opus 20.
