The vocal score (above) has same edition and plate number as the original version; they are distinguishable only by date and by number of pages. Further revisions were made in September 1955 and in November and December 1960, the latter for an American production (libretto translated by Don Moreland). Interlude (No.10) is the "March" section from the third movement of the Piano Concerto (1945) (q.v.).
