Navigation etc.
This work is strongly influenced by Hugo Distler's organ sonata op. 18 nr. 2, but it also contains strong influences from the minimalistic composer Steve Reich. It is a trio sonata. The registrations should be chosen as contrasting stops in the pedal and the two keyboards. A light, shining, glittering and brittle sound in the style of the German organ movement (Orgelbewegung) should be applied.
