According to the score's cover Levi's Opus 1 was published in full score and in an arrangement for piano solo. Hofmeister's Monatsbericht notes 2 publications for this work. Monatsbericht (1861), p.171 lists "Concert (A) mit einem 2ten Pfte ad lib." Interestingly, the price listed doesn't match the price listed on the posted score for the piano solo arrangement. Monatsbericht (1862), p.233 lists "Concert (E) f. Pfte m. Orch." The price listed does match the price on the posted score.
