According to WorldCat (manuscript full score, at BNF) : published in 1879 by Brandus. (BdlF suggests 1880/81 - maybe. There's an entry in January 1881 for Godard concerto for piano, arranged for orchestra- it is unclear quite what this might mean. "Arranged" may mean, as it often meant in the 19th century, "laid out in full", orchestrated, etc., as distinguished from piano-reduced. Parties séparées is also part of the BdlF description there- so one can say maybe 1879 (full score), 1880/1881 (parts)!)
