If this is the Concerto de société Op.32, then it was published in 1830 (Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 1e série, 19e année (33e de la collection), Nº 33, 14 Août 1830, p.552, r.151.) and can't have been composed in 1833 - perhaps -revised- as a full-orchestra piano concerto in 1833, but not composed then.
