Pub. Date- either ca.1808 or ca.1819? AMZ issue from 1808 gives 4th concerto in "Es dur" by Steibelt but perhaps Steibelt's 4th concerto was also in E-flat. Another concerto by Steibelt is mentioned in a journal in 1819, perhaps more likely to be this one (maybe "between 1808-ish and 1819" for publication date now pending more information?...) - Schissel -- 1819 seems more likely; no.4 is perhaps the concerto La tempête?...

B&H plate seems to imply ca.1805; Lindeman agrees and iirc gives 1802 for composition or premiere date.
