Earliest published sheet music I could find for this piece was from 1812. Of note, this should probably be considered Hummel's Piano Concerto No. 1. Unlike the currently listed Op.73, which is simply an arrangement of an older Mandolin Concerto from 1799, this is his first actual piano concerto.
