Or as Worldcat summarizes "Autograph fair copy of score in four gatherings with some corrections and revisions; second set of parts is for 1st movement only and is at variance with the score.
"Nov. 1905"--caption on p. [1] of 2nd movement from score; "28 Feb. 1906"--caption on p.
