Albert Geay (Full first names : Albert François Alexandre) has a number of works displayed on BnF but not this one. The only similar one in style and content is Les Ailes de la Victoire dated 1915. This one, a "March", is presumably contemporary, the inflated, if understandable, patriotic fervour, being very similar. No.3, despite its absence here or because of it, is remarkable on account of its subject matter, a German news agency. Incidentally the French version of Wikipedia has a lot more to say on it and its 1914 disputes with its then rivals than the English version.
