According to Grove Music, Trabaci's instrumental output is confined to 165 keyboard works that are "also suitable for instrumental ensemble". Though the arrangement was taken from Il secondo libro de ricercate & altri varij capricci, Napoli 1615, it is unknown whether this particular work was a ricercar or a capriccio. Until the original can be found (see above!), this cannot be fully tagged. (Most probably a Ricercata, as in the 1st volume.)
