Uses 8DIO Ensemble Sordino Strings and Symphobia Ensemble Sordino Strings. 8DIO Alto Flute Sustained Legato patch used - pretty much an out of the box sound using a combination of Close, Stage and Far mic positions. Can be shaped a lot more when used in combination with some of the dynamic patches.

Short sketch written to compare 8DIO's new Alto Flute and the Chris Hein Alto Flute from Chris Hein Woodwinds. The strings are written for an ensemble string library and are thus not notated for Vlns, Vla, Vla & cb. You live with what the ensemble library uses based on ranges. The audio file uses 8DIO Adagietto Sordino strings with a touch of Symphobia Sordino. Stereo output processed with Vintagewarmer2 and Quantum Leap Spaces convolution reverb + Waves J37 "tape" processing.
