Extra Information | A 1825 dictionary refers to this as a Divertissement (as does the 1870-ish Peters score above, but to the point, the 1825 reference is contemporary, which the 1870s score isn't.). As noted by Kroll, published at least in part as teaching pieces by a publisher in Brandstadt (in a version - the first movement anyway - that has been digitized by the Anna Amalia Bibliothek - see AAB) ca.1815. |
