Commenced first page 27th August 2012 (see scan) with a fresh look on 6th September 2012. Not continually composed, but on and off, leaving modifications, error corrections and nuance additions, for some later date, as is usual with this composer, who likes to let matters rest as it were, for a while.
Extensively revised Jan. 2015, slightly lengthened, and with a few interpolations, plus some editing, mostly in the first movement. Some fresh modifications in three places (m.1 & 2, 11, 246) together with sundry text changes on Jan. 26 2016.

  • As in the later sonatas, this one, looking back, is split in its separate movements, which more often than not, are extended to some degree, notwithstanding the endless adjustments and corrections (Feb. 2021).
