The RISM link only gives the single harpsichord version, but Grove Music lists the 2-harpsichord (or harpsichord and fortepiano) first with a date of 1763, with the single harpsichord version listed afterwards with no date.

Date 1763 agrees with Wotquenne (page 35.) Possibly not published in an engraved form until Sikorski did so in 1988 though 1966 is also possible?
