HMB doesn't seem to mention this until March, 1866 (Monatsbericht (1866), p.40); the date 1865 is from Schäfer's catalog of Raff's works (which usually uses HMB itself, but may have another source for December 1865 as an earlier date here "Erschienen im Dezember 1865.") It was advertised in a February 1866 Leipziger Allgemeiner musikalisches Zeitung, but that's the earliest I have. The latest worklist from the Raff society also has pub. 1865.
