Misc. Notes

This file is part of the Sibley Mirroring Project. See also a 1896 edition of Deutsche Musikbibliographie (Volume 68, page 157.) In the Eulenburg score the first movement's "Introduzione" is just "Introduction", and scherzando applies in italics only to the violin parts (as does con granda espressione in the 2nd movement). Definitely seems to be a 2nd edition even though the modifications are slight (besides the collation of parts into score, that is).
