Submitted with autograph is a second finale, that is almost the same music, as the finale of the composer's Sextet in F minor for french horn, bassoon, violin, viola, cello and double bass.
Score and parts of (I presume) this edition (or another? the notes to their edition are by Gunnar Ternhag) can be downloaded from SMH's website. The notes to the score at SMH give "summer of 1811" (at Erik Drake's Föllingsö estate) rather than 1800-10 as the date.
